Is there a such thing as an electric grill/smoker/burner/blackstone combo? Or something close? Has to be electric to be on a dock. Thanks.

Traeger makes an electric grill and smoker, but no griddle

I don’t know if this fits the bill. Rectec 380x . It’s a pellet grill but gets to 1000 degrees. I have been using the flat top with it set on 600 and it’s a cooking SOB. Flat top comes off. Can literally cook anything on it.

So I would suggest a pellet grill (several to choose from) and use the cast iron plates for “black stone “ cooking. Several different components to get what your looking for since your limited to electric

On the rec tecs the 380 gets to around 600. The 380 x gets to 1000. For flat top style cooks the x is probably better because it would get to temp faster.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

Only thing I would be concerned about with a pellet smoker/grill is the moisture. If the pellets get wet that are in that feeder tube they swell and then harden and are a real pain to get out. That and pellet grills suck as grills but are great for smoking.

Here’s a small brisket I did on mine. This thing can cook literally anything. Only had it about a month and a half and check the app and I’m 20 cooks in.

Never had a problem with my pellets getting too moist.. have a cover on my traeger and an old beat up gas grill cover over that.. out in the rain,, no problem.
