Only thing I would be concerned about with a pellet smoker/grill is the moisture. If the pellets get wet that are in that feeder tube they swell and then harden and are a real pain to get out. That and pellet grills suck as grills but are great for smoking. I've had my RecTec 590 for 5 or 6 years now. It stays outside and have never had a problem with the pellets absorbing moisture and clogging.

Is there a such thing as an electric grill/smoker/burner/blackstone combo? Or something close? Has to be electric to be on a dock. Thanks. https://blackstoneproducts.com/products/22-e-series-electric-griddleYes...they make an electric tabletop version like in the link but there is also a version mounted on a pedestal cart.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason
