Am I missing something here? $715 for one rod? No way it’s worth it. I can get almost 3 Caras for that price point.

That is cool! Props. That must be one sweet rod! I heard a guy on a podcast talking about them, he got to try one and said look, I cannot afford it, but if you can... its worth it.

Price is super relative. I tell my team that all the time when they tell guests, "Well this option is expensive" I am like dudes, do not say that. $600 is a lot for you and me maybe, but to some people its like $40. Do not assume we are all at the same place when it comes to money.

I bet you can rent it out for $25 a day... hold a $500 deposit or what not. I for one would pay $25 to live like the rich for a day!

*must be bought at participating retailers who offer rod socks to guest whom spend over $700. Not valid at all locations and this product has been known to cause cancer in the state of California. Women pregnant or seeking to be pregnant, should not consume this product, due to the potential of birth defects. Which is why nfb is the way he is.

How many nitros can you get for one www.basscat.com?

Some people enjoy the finer things in life. I have 3 hobbies and I don’t cheap out on any of them. Guns, fishing, and beer.

Btw, they are just a tad bit better than Caras

See you on the water iBock congrats on the new rod

I have fished in Minnesota and Canada and walleye is by far the best-tasting freshwater fish especially when its still cold or right after the winter freeze.

Agreed. Fresh, firm, never frozen 16-18’’ Walter is delicious, the big ones get thick fillets that I don’t like as much, I target dinks cheers

Sounds good, I cannot justify spending that type of money on rods. Would love to try one, but unless the price range is reasonable I'll pass. Heck a $500-600 rod paired with a 200+ reel, your looking at close to $1000 combos Not in my boat.

Do you still have the other rods you listed or have you sold them? Several rods you listed are very sensitive but still not as sensitive as an NRX,

I sold them. I only have 3 rods right now. Power Tackle 7FT 2 H and NRX+852s and Daiwa Tatula XT 7Ft M spinning rod. I am probably going to sell the Diawa since I have the NRX. I only need 2 rods for my tiny boat. Hopefully one day I can buy a bigger bass boat and then I will add to the arsenal.
