wow
i believe i can build a wood frame house that is tornado proof your shingles would blow off windows would break but the framing would still be there Simpson Strong Tie products & foundation anchors are the key effective wind bracing in walls, & roof bracing Don't give me that BS...Engineers are paid to use those. All they are is a Fn money grab. Sorry for the folks that lost their chit How many structures have you built ?

I remember looking at pics of where houses had been in the aftermath of the powerful F5 that his Jerrall, Tx in 1997. On some of the slab houses the only thing left were a few plumbing stub outs. No base plates, no wall remnant ... nothing. I'll take a hurricane any day over tornados!

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

Gotta be more money in a tornado proof home vs a roof.
