I really think Zeke was a safety net for them in case they could not draft a back that they did not have to reach or give too much up, I still believe they will trade for a back before the season is up.

ZEKE was always a good blocker and goal line back and probably still is.

I bet he makes the cut and helps with those things.

I would certainly expect so. My recollection (which could easily be wrong) is the minute he got that big money contract, he went into saving his body mode and basically quit playing.
If it had been up to me, i'd have had his [censored] riding the bench for that whole season. Sure would have saved a lot of $.
