Seems like the past month every weekend it's been 30mph winds. Gotta love springtime in Texas. Looks like more of the same coming. I'm not sure I even remember how to fish when it's not windy any more.


I know come late June I'll be begging for some wind though. Yall stay safe out there this weekend. I bet the fish still bite.

Yup, I want to fish a deal Sunday at pk but it will be a last minute call based on radar.

It's crazy, every single day in the past month that I have fished on Tawakoni it's been winds 30mph. Couple of days it had gusts higher than that. Weekday or weekend it doesn't matter. That lake gets brutal in tbe wind too. I guess as long as the lightning stays away I'm happy.

Yep. Supposed to be pretty severe Friday and Saturday at least.

I'm going to have the boat ready Sunday, the truck backed up to the garage..... I'm going to look at radar and if I think I will end up being wet for more than 10 minutes I'm going back to bed.

Never fails, when I'm available to go the weather is horrible. But after this past weekend, I'll be taking a weekend off. AHAHAHAH

Looks like no change in the forecast. Gonna look at the bright side....at least I'm gonna be fishing.

In Killers defense he and I sat in spot lock in the middle of the lake couple years ago in 30 plus all day. I don't think the bilge ever stopped as we took them over bow constantly and I was wet up to my knees..... I'm not as mad at them as he still is.
