How much of this was in the last 5 years, 10 years, or 20’years
The first ten years was Jimmy Johnson team

Jerry has absolutely done more for the owners of NFL football team then any other owner
He hasn’t done that much since Jimmy left for the fans
But Jerry originally bought the team to make money he has been highly successful for what he bought the team for. He was in debt to just buy the team. I guess if Jerry wasn’t highly successful he wouldn’t even still own the team

You put a running back back there a good offensive line and a great defense Dax will win enough games to put you in the SB and maybe win
But you can say that about most all NFL Quarterbacks unless your last name is Brady or Montana lol

That’s pretty good

They should build a bronze statue of Jerry Jones at AT&T Stadium.

Jimmy coached 5 years....and then failed to duplicate anything like it in Miami

Daddy's boy sure let some stuff out about Lance.....if he plays well, and Dak doesn't do his thing in the playoffs....they're going to do what I said they were thinking about 30 minutes after the GB loss

Wrong.
Jimmy took a horrible Dolphins team with a crippled, old, unmotivated QB and took them to the playoffs three of his four years.
36-24 in four seasons without a losing record.
Built the best defense in the league while he was there.
Yes, his last game there was really bad, but he had his mind on fishing that day, so I still love him.

I wonder would Dallas win 2-3 more SB if Jimmy stays in Dallas
Well of course he does. BS won one with Jimmy’s team. Jimmy would have won for years to come. Jimmy won every where he coached and the players loved playing for him

Trying to down play him after is ridiculous
Jimmy was burned out

Jerry couldn’t duplicate it because he was the money man not the designer of the team. Jerry is a good business man Jimmy is a great coach they would have done well together Jerry has failed trying to prove it was him that won those SB’s
Jerry’s ego destroyed the winning but won as owner

IMO You are absolutely wrong your trying to say Jerry was responsible and Jimmy wasn’t
Jimmy won at OSU, Miami and the Cowboys
Jimmy even took a Miami team to the playoffs

^^^Exactly.
Jimmy won everywhere he went. The only year he didn’t make the playoffs with the Dolphins was his first year; but they had a winning regular season.
The next year with the Dolphins he led them into the playoffs the next three seasons, winning the opening round of the playoffs his last two years.
He also built the league’s best Defense.
Jimmy knew and still knows that Defense and Oline wins Championships.
Jerry, unfortunately, knows this, but he has to spend money and prioritize glitz and glamour over deep playoff wins. Jerry builds physically fragile teams with little depth on defense.
Jerry wants and needs glitzy legitimate and glitzy illegitimate fun. Jimmy wants and needs deep playoff and championship wins.

While that is true Jerry was the owner and decided who would be coach. Jerry wanted to be known has the reason Jimmy stated he had been coaching for years meaning it was his expertise that built those teams and Jerry money.

Jerry want to be known has the reason. Lots of owners never win a SB, great players and coaches do. Jimmy was the reason for the players and coaching. IMHO

Jimmy planned his exit, he was ready to move on, 5 years at one place was all he wanted, he had nothing left to prove with the cowboys.

I actually agree to a point. I just wonder why he went to Miami because he had already won a NC at the college level and SB at the NFL level why did he go there.
I believe it was to show he could do it again if he wanted to. He got there and decided after a couple years he really did just want to go fishing. LOL
