I really expected you to look grumpier! I guess getting out of liquor city’s traffic and not having to trap possums has done you good. The building looks great!
Also please no pictures of you and Hop in the hot tub.

When I run the mower it makes a dust cloud to behold. That sand will eat a mower blade in half a season. I have a stack of old mower blades after 25 years out here. When I lived down south the gras was so lush that a mower blade would last several seasons.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it.

I may have to get sod or something for the front yard. Some folks here are talking about planting Clover for a yard. Said it is easier to maintain. I dunno, that will be another project.

I think you will like the entry door location you decided to go with. I`ve built 2 shops with the same roll up and entry door location. It`s a better use of space IMO and it lets you utilize another corner for storage, or a work bench set up like I have in mine. I also try and have everything from sitting directly on the floor if I can. That way I can use a leaf blower and blow it out easily.

Yesterday photos, one side wall panels are on. Looks like they will continue on Monday. They still have to add the Awning on the RH side for the travel trailer parking as well.
