He was fronting for otahni.... 100 percent he is falling on his sword. How would an interpreter have that kind of cash? Net loss of $40 million? Who believes this fairy tale, that Ohtani wasn't involved? Nobody but dodger fans and then it's a wink wink deal

... When was the last time an NBA player, NFL player, PGA golfer got in actual trouble for gambling?... NBA - Raptors' Jontay Porter is currently being investigated NFL - Alex Karras, Paul Hornung, Calvin Ridley and the infamous Art Schlichter PGA - Phil Mickelson I'm sure there are more but those are just off the top of my head... I think it's the baseballs' HOF smug self righteousness that rubs a lot of fans wrong... Dan
