Why isn't that a Infield Fly Rule out? I was at the game and was cussing Garcia. So the call wasn't a infield fly rule? They did not call the Infield Fly Rule. So they were able to double off Garcia at 3rd and Heim at 2nd fairly easy, to end the inning and any chance at scoring.

They didn't make the call nor would change their minds so it was what it was. It should have been called an infield fly rule IMO but it didn't happen. The rule stipulates that the fielder must be able to make the catch using 'ordinary effort'. I looked at the play when I got home and there nothing out of the ordinary and he should have caught the ball. He slid but didn't have to and the ball hit him on the chest so he didn't have to stretch out to get it. The umpires just made a bad call. It happens.

Yeah bad call, the pitcher was less than 10' from the ball and never moved and is considered a fielder, unless it's considered an unordinary effort for a pitcher to make an attempt to actually catch a pop fly

$40 to Park $30 in the business park with the Subway on Randol Mill Rd is where we normally park. Last year when we got into the playoffs the prices started going up like ticket prices. I don't remember for sure but the one WS game I went to, we paid $130 and that was even farther east down Randol Mill.
