I wish I could take credit for the prep and cooking, but credit goes to the chef at Pappas Brothers Steakhouse. It was fantastic.

I’ve eaten in numerous steakhouse across this once great country…and I’ve eaten steaks in all of them. I’ve never been to better steakhouse or had a better steak than what I’ve experienced at Pappas Bros Steakhouse!

All the Pappas brands tend to get it right 99.99 percent of time. They are excellent food operators and have been for a long time

There’s no way I would take my green egg to Pappas Bros. and make them cook my steak on it. I’m afraid that they’d goof on me.

It’s one of our favorite steak houses. It’s hard to beat Pappas and the Bob’s Grapevine Location.

I would have had them cook that less, but that wasn’t my steak.

Also, I don’t judge people who like their steaks overdone…I say “to each his own”.
