Roadkill is actually good there. That’s my go to at Texas Roadhouse. Chopped steak smothered in sautéed onions and mushrooms. Very tasty to me especially sopping that gravy up with their rolls. And their steak fries !!

One can get a 6oz. Sirloin with a house salad and a loaded sweet potato for $16, or you can go to McDonalds and get a combo meal not even fit for fido for roughly the same price. It's a no brainer for me.

It's a safe bet. They are usually well run. Is it a world class steak? No. They check all the boxes for a solid family place. Ate at one last night. Agree. I’ve never had a bad meal at TR. I agree, and will add their pulled pork is still a good value for the price and portion.

ate at one in denver whenever I went there, always good food and never a complaint.
I think it may have been them that had peanuts in the shell at the tables, toss the hulls on the floor.
I would go back without worry.

Overall, I think they do it pretty good and I usually order their prime rib. I've had steaks, chicken strips many times too, all good.
Slab of ribs, they advertise as "national award winning" or some such nonsense, leaves something to be desired and do not come off a smoker...

Busy bar almost every night at the one in Sherman. Rarely is there an open seat at the actual bar.

My son post on his Facebook page when they eat there in the United Arab Emirates, I guess they got them all over the world.
