I hear it’s a good place for FFS too.
Just watch out for guys going too fast in the dark and fog.
And. I’m. OUT. Don't forget that Milliken is fishing Fairfield every day out there too.  How do you know this? Milliken and Todd's son fish team tourneys together

Between breaks in designing the new Fairfield golf course, Tiger has been fishing it too I guess only the chosen ones get to fish Fairfield now.

Looks like 3/25/24 was a busy day of filings for Todd in Freestone County. Apparently Todd refinanced the loan, 75 million with Mirasol and 20 million with TBK. It looks like CMB (aka the Chinese) got their USA green cards and are now out of the deal. Also TPWD stated their lease is null and void, and the contractor that was had a lien released it.
