Told the wife it would never get developed. Todd would just sell the water. To make lots you'd have to drain it back. let all that dry out good, bulldoze the stumps and kill all the grass, then let it refill. I never saw how it was financially going to go with the amount of $$$ it would take to develop that site in the middle of nowhere.
