My daughter in law uses something like that on baby butts.

I would not flush them. They are simply remarketed/rebranded disposable baby wipes.
I received some in a lure mystery box. They work and clean well.

Dude wipes are way more $$$ than just plain baby wipes. I use baby wipes, my ex-wife would approve.

Hand sanitizer, napkins from various restaurants, and plastic bags come in handy as well.
