They grow tall and give some great shade. Supposedly a good hardwood. I have a bunch and other than the spiky balls they drop all over, they seem rugged. Also have some huge pine trees, some cedars and some hickory. And poison ivy. I've been killin it when I see it but some areas are covered, gotta watch where you walk.

That said, the pic representation of your building looks probably tall enough if that's a 10x10 door. But worth checking what they think the center height of the awning area will be - center is the max height of most RVs because that's where the ACs are mounted. 13'6" is max road height, although most bumper pull trailers are around 11'-11'6".

Great points. Yes, I discussed this with the contractor and he knows I want plenty of clearance for the camper under the awning. From the ground up to the top of the AC unit on the camper is 11'4". thumb

Serious question though Bob...I'm only guessing, you're going to be back up your rig in that patch represented by the yellar arrows. Now I haven't seen the place or the approach but, if that's the case, why didn't you just take out the tree that's circled as well and make a clean approach for for swinging around the tow vehicle ?

Dave, I will be able to pull straight in forward and make the bend to the right. It is a straight shot then backing the camper into the covered awning area of the building.

Thanks!

No need Dave, there are tons and tons of Sweetgum tree balls all over. Sweetgums are nice trees but man, what a mess.

More progress today Day 4 got the windows and walk in door installed. Chicken wire will hold the insulation in place when they put the siding on.
