Who has won recently, that has sucked for years? Quit being stupid and answer the question.

The two major tours have limited tournaments. You do the research as I’m not that invested in this argument. I know what I like to watch, how I like to fish, and the overwhelming success of ffs currently.

I don’t have to have my way but it is without question that pro ffs get bent out of shape much quicker than even Randy. That’s fine as I respect everyone’s opinion even if they are wrong.

Are you Randy's fluffer?

No. With that line I’d suggest you bow out. No need for you to defile yourself any farther.

8. We promote a friendly atmosphere for anglers to exchange ideas. Differences of opinions are welcome and are an important part of this format. We do not, however, tolerate those that try to start an argument with every post. If you are looking to agitate people, simply to get a response, or if you are a troller, this is not the place for you.

Agreed. The “fluffier” post was uncalled for.

Well, if we havent learned yet, letting the anglers decide how to run a tournament business is NOT a good idea. Who knows how it will turn out but it appears that the "new age" of fishermen are much bigger in numbers than the "old school" anglers if you go by the viewership numbers. You have to expect some big changes with the whole push to "grow the sport". There are a ton of younger people that are being put in a position that makes tournament fishing seem much more possible than it really is (high school and college) which leads to tons of money spent on these dreams. Thats the target audience for the whole industry, not the olds.

Practice only? Removes the “hunting” aspect…

I'd say limit them to one unit on the trolling motor and film the screen so we can see what they see. Then at least we can learn something while we watch them troll around for hours.

I noticed they took YouTube stream down after releasing those numbers. That’s interesting. I’ll let you peruse facepalm comments, etc.

LOL, they ran youtube live for one event to fluff the numbers and put out a press release about it roflmao, that's right out of the MLF playbook right there.

YouTube stream numbers are so easily botted to look higher it's not even funny.

Other sports like F1, NASCAR, PGA tour, etc. have technical limitations. Why should bass fishing be any different?

Day 2 on Lake Fork today and no one over 40 in the top ten! Most are in their 20”s. And the beat goes on!

I think the best rule change would be allow anyone to choose to use FFS for a 10% weight reduction. Anglers would have to choose at the end of practice. Would make for a really interesting strategic choice and BASS could do half of their live coverage on scopers and half on non-scopers. FFS is such a superior way of catching fish that it shouldn't matter - the 10% won't be enough to deter too many - but at least we'd see some coverage of guys intentionally choosing to forego it.

You wasted your first post on that? No way that happens.
