What type of foundation is it going to have? 4" thick concrete slab. 45 x 40 with an additional 8' apron on the front. Sounds like you supersized it? Didn't it start out smaller?

What type of foundation is it going to have? 4" thick concrete slab. 45 x 40 with an additional 8' apron on the front. Sounds like you supersized it? Didn't it start out smaller? Jim, the building itself will be 30 w x 40' deep. Added on to the right side, a "porch" that is 15' wide. That makes the 45' wide slab. The concrete company came today and laid out the form boards and dug for the beams. Thursday, rebar and prep and Friday the cement pour.
