Not good.
We've had some of the farms around here with burn piles going. Our allergies have been hell these last 2 days.

Fire is actually a good thing. Not at the expense of homes, livestock and possibly human lives Sell me the property after the insurance settlement and I'll remodel the place. It's the flat open great plains. Fire blew through there long before you ever existed. Customary, sorry for the loss.

No.
It's not good for the people that didn't explain it out, to the people buying homes in that area.

You already got the value in the form a check from the insurance company. What's it matter to you if I offer a $1? Didn't your dog get smoked in the fire? Why live there? Cut a guy a break. No need for ball busting. How much?

Fire is actually a good thing. No it's really not a good thing. People lose things in fires that are irreplaceable. Nothing good at all about people losing what they have worked their [censored] off for. Losing homes, businesses and livelihoods sucks out loud.

Then why buy there?
Is it cursed land? Does it not have a deep history of plain fires? Where the grass, but not you, will come back a deep, healthy green. Rejuvenated.
I didn't devise or invent it.
But I'll take your deep felt feelings of losing it all. After I build my new house. On your burnt out property.
I'm sorry. Texas can be rough.
