What type of foundation is it going to have? 4" thick concrete slab. 45 x 40 with an additional 8' apron on the front. Sounds like you supersized it? Didn't it start out smaller?

Jim, the building itself will be 30 w x 40' deep. Added on to the right side, a "porch" that is 15' wide. That makes the 45' wide slab. I want to park the 30' camper on the porch where it will have a 50A hookup.

Super excited for ya! Looking forward to seeing the progress. I was so excited when they finished, I asked them to autograph the inside.

The concrete company came today and laid out the form boards and dug for the beams. Thursday, rebar and prep and Friday the cement pour. Bringing in a pumper. 2,096 square feet of concrete that includes the 8x37' apron/ramp. Also, I checked the game camera from down in the woods and finally captured a deer walking through.
