Make sure you get your underground bunker installed before you drop that metal building down on top of it.

That’s going to be really nice to have I hope so. I need a place to get some of the junk from the garage into this shed. The boat for one, a sidebyside, lawnmower, etc.

Man, we went and saw a house recently that had what appeared to be a badass shop next to it. Turned out they only poured a footing for the building to sit on and the entire interior floor was just dirt. So disappointing. Had a pond out back and everything. Shop floor + some unsettling flooring issues were deal breakers.

What type of foundation is it going to have? 4" thick concrete slab. 45 x 40 with an additional 8' apron on the front.

The soil here is very sandy. They had to bring in the red clay dirt to build it up and form a good base layer. The dirt he said was from over by Lake Holbrook area.
