I hold the surgeon that saved my mother’s life years ago in high esteem.
Likewise the one who repaired my trashed knee.
And the one who caught a potentially dangerous issue with my wife.
And yep. I even admire a guy that can catch more and bigger fish than me.
Yes. Some people do indeed warrant admiration for their skills.
No. Not all people are the same.
Count me in as a MAJOR sinner.

I like Milliken alot, great entertaining videos. Learned more from him than most youtubers. Takes the time to explain what he is doing and why with examples. he's got a great sense of humor as well. Wish him a ton of success this year on the Elites. He earned his spot!

What did you think of the video board pro

We all know you are that tool from El Paso that use to go by “bockscar” or whatever the hell you used to call yourself. You are well on your way to embarrassing yourself again and I predict you will add another screen name in the near future.

Yep. He is pathetic.

He should convince more people like himself to move out of Texas. That would be good.

Where do you want “bockscar” to move?

China.

Ezbassin what year did you graduate from SFA, you said you fished Naconiche while you were there, that would put you younger than I expected.

What did you study?

I’ve been surprised that rod makers haven’t came out with a longer rod for these guys scoping with jigheads and minnows. I’m not talking cheap crappie jogging poles.

I’ve got several rods in the 9-10.5’ range I use for steelhead and brown trout (10-25+ pound Great Lakes fish caught in river current) , rarely do I fish with heavier than 8, usually 4 or 6. Granted pound test ratings in these fluro leaders is deceiving , we should focus more on diameter.

That said, longer rods protect leaders better. I have a 9’ that has a fairly fast tip that I throw jigheads with plastics to big fish to all the time, with plenty of backbone, I’ve caught 25 pound kings on it.

I think rod makers will go there soon

Milliken has said he uses games edge as a leader. In 6 pound gama edge is .010 mm

Compared to .007, .008, and .0081 in seaguar invisx, seaguar gold label, and sunline sniper respectively.

Gama edge 6 pound is equivalent diameter to 10 pound sniper.

Pound test rating is very deceiving with fluro
