my 6.2 is garbage
2022 with 29K miles and I have blown the engine, new radiator and a boatload of other problems.
Service techs tell me these have been popping like crazy
I would already be in the 3.0 if they were not going to gut me on the trade

Had a 6.2L GMC and went to the 3.0L Baby Duramax in my next GMC. Would make the same decision again without hesitation.

I bought a baby Duramax Z71 about a month ago , i like it , traded in a 2020 Z71 , gas . Been a long time since i had a diesel , Blazer 4x4

I have a 2021 LTZ with the 3.0 Duramax and it has been a great truck so far, 59K miles in. For what itโs worth I traded a 2013 LT with the 5.3 gas, it was getting about 16 mpg and the new Duramax averages about 26 and about 22 when pulling my 17โ aluminum boat.
