Buy a good mattress for the guest bedroom. A nice TV too.

Cac she sleep on her stomach? That is a good question. But I do not know. I usually give her a nudge when shes sleeping and ask her to roll over please and she does. But 3 seconds later she is back at it. I will ask her.

Wife can rattle the windows sometimes. Waxy earplugs help but off to separate bedroom around 3am. Last motel stayover was a nightmare

I use the soft foam rubber ear plugs that I also use for sporting clays and skeet.
Works wonders.
I was hesitant to try those. Not because I don't think they will work but i also don't want to miss anu bumps in the night i may need to know about. You won't miss anything. Get some sleep.

This is an expensive possible choice. Years ago we bought one of the motorized tilting bed frames due to an unrelated injury. Elevating the head and back some seemed to help with reducing snoring.

We have an adjustable mattress. We will try that. I am a side/stomach sleeper and she is a back/side sleeper. Tilting the head up is not comfortable for me but i may have to adjust.

I downloaded a white noise app a couple years ago.Different options but the one I go with is "fan noise". I tried the heavy rain and babbling brook but I have to get up and pee enough as it is. I turn it up and it drowns out her snoring altogether. Can't sleep without it now even on trips.

Get a white noise machine and put it next to your side of the bed….you’ll sleep right through her noises. ….and thunderstorms….and home invasions. Haha. I have one I set in rain sounds. I can’t sleep without it. The slightest noise and I’m wide awake. I worked shift work for almost 40 yrs and only way I could sleep was with a fan running, winter or summer . Been retired a yr or so and still sleep with a fan. Ears ring if it ain’t on.

My wife and I solved our mutual snoring issues several years ago by sleeping in separate bedrooms. It’s not ideal but it’s set in stone now. When we travel and sleep in the same hotel room it’s game on Right there with you brother, went on a cruise a couple years ago all couped up, miserable

A good pillow to the face, a steady but firm hand, and a few minutes is all it will take for the snoring to stop forever. ![bolt bolt](/forums/images/graemlins/default/bolt.gif)
