Toledo Bend revisor is one of the premiere spots for large sunfish in the state of Texas. Lake Conroe is also known for producing whopper sunfish. I've wanted to fish Lady Bird but I think I'm going to explore wade fishing the San Gabriel River since I live so close to it. Bank access is extremely limited but a pair of waders opens up so many more fishing opportunities. I'm hoping some big sunfish are lurking in there.
