2# ground beef or a mix of pork and beef
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 can of rotel
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of Pinto beans
6 tbsp Chili Powder
4 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Mexican Oregino
1 tbsp Cyenne Pepper
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
beef stock to the desired thickness
