I designed these with the customer in mind. No longer do you have to replace the expensive cord when only the bulb needs replacing. I’ve read horror stories of replacement bulbs costing 4 to 500 dollars bc 150 or more of cord had to be purchased. That’s bs. With mine you unscrew and screw-in.

Also I heard of problems of overheating. We got that taken care of as well.

Dual GFCI protection. One on the plug and one mounted on the control box.

We can add on off auto switches to it incase a light sensor wouod go out you could still turn on.

Also the weight does not attatch to the cord but to an eye made into the lamp socket housing.

Also mine isn’t made with a bunch of pvc fittings. It is machined from a solid 3” round stock. The only thing store bought is the internal ceramic lamp base.

Tell me what y’all think?

I am a small business owner and just start making underwater lights that were designed with the customer in mind. No longer do you need to replace the expensive cord up to 500 dollars when only your bulb goes out.
Unscrew and screw-in. Basically it.

Reason why I'm asking is there customer service is absolutely the worst. Have one of there more expensive lights and can't get any response at all. Next step is BBB and then a extended social media blast campaign. They don't respond to anything, emails voice mail etc. It's a shame companies can operate like this without any backlash.
