I own a Mobile Mechanical Repair Service in Sulphur Springs, TX. that performs repairs on axles, light's and bunk boards in the North East Texas Region. I charge $120-$150 per axle for hub and bearing service. I charge $80 per hour labor on axle spindle repair when your bearings fail and damage the shaft. I also repair light's wiring and board replaced. I do charge a service call fee on trips that are farther away from LAKE FORK. What do yall think about this?

I think it is a great Idea. People and boats are always on the side of road due to trailer bearing/Hub issues.

Do you weld? I am looking to modify a 3 rail mx trailer I just bought and would have you do hub and bearing service at the same time. I need some modifications to the motorcycle chocks or rails. PM me if this is a fit

I wish like heck there was a trailer pimp also! I have a 20' Haulmark that I race out of and need cabinets, a battery system with charging, add an awning etc....very hard to find someone who is interested in doing this type of work. There are a crazy number of trailers on the road and it seems to me like it could be a tremendous opportunity to basically get completely into the trailer business over time if done correctly. You would have to pick and choose what trailers you would work on I would think.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.
