The defense looks great, however the weak spot is still straight up the middle. The team that comes with an old school hard nose running game is going to put up a lot of yards right up the gut. I am not buying this, they won 40-0, what exactly did those few 4 -6 yard runs do for the Giants.

Giants have been outscored 78-7 in their last 2 games. Both games against NFC East rivals.

That was anything but a hard nosed running attack the Giants put out yesterday. You are not going to beat the Cowboy D with speed. But get smash mouth between the tackles and see what happens. The good news here is that the NFL isn't really set up that way any more. Not sure if there is even a team with a true FB on the 53 man roster.
