Post away my friend! I got a house in New Bern, NC to go to when I am put out to pasture.  Good onya John !! Is there a date for your retirement? Do you have a creek ? We could start a business.  No date...will move sometime but in the mean time we have a house on the coast if/when we can't take the Texas heat.  lol
