I thought I would be there by now. I hit a stall about 6 months ago. I seem to be breaking through it and would like the think I make it in next couple months. I assume you mean 3 plates on each side lol. I would be there now I think if I could keep protien levels up consistently and my diet was a little dirtier. I have conditioned my mind to think carbs are the devil but when lifting its just not the case. My 52 year old left elbow that barks at me like a dog hasn't helped either. Nothing like being sore, shoulders hurt, back hurts, elbow hurts, knee hurts..... I guess pain is better than being dead.

That was 15% body fat, if I was sucking in it wasn't much.

JPurdue works out 60 hours a week and looks like that. I work out 0 hours a week and have a little more pounds on me…tough decision

Yes,
I've always been into "fitness," and I've been some sort of athlete my entire life.

My bad hips at age 56 really did a number on me, but now that they are fixed, I'm good.

I moved out to the country, and I have to say, working a country life has really slowed my appetite (because of time) and I've lost a lot of weight.

I honestly have not weighed this much since I was in my early 30s. My waist is probably a 33, and I have plenty of energy.

We have a pool, therefore I swim laps, bike ride and do floor exercises. Besides all the yard work, and constantly caring for two parents, each 91 years of age, my body is constantly burning what I eat, which isn't much.

Do your body good, get fit, and be happy as you watch your body transform to "fitness" in the mirror!

...!

started about 5 years ago, absolutely changed my life.... diet, regular exercise, feeling good.... i've done it long enough to truly appreciate the dopamine-serotonin reward cycle kick and start guiding a "fit life".... over the years since i started, i am proud to say i've lost around 90 pounds and never joined a gym (i've bought a treadmill, stationary bike, and nice elliptical over those years)....

i would say i'm fairly hardcore about it, but i'm no david goggins...

basically cardio 3-5 times a week, plus some form of dumbbell, resistance band, and body weight exercises regularly

I jog and ride a mountain bike. 2 miles jogging and ride; 7-9 on single track and 20-25 on rode. I love working out, I guess its the AF in me.

My saying in the AF was; "stay fit to fight". After retirement, its now; "stay fit to F***."

It's too hot here, even in the AM, to think about walking. Was walking with the dogs every morning for at least a mile and a half. Too hot for me and them now. But, I still manage to squeeze out two magazines a day at 3, 5, 7, and 10 yards. Saturdays I stretch it to add in 15, 25 and 50 yards. Nothing on Sunday.
