No, I’m not talking about trying to “fitness” this donut in your mouth.

Who here is into fitness? I’ve been on a kick for a couple years now.

Curious how hardcore some of y’all are………..or aren’t, lol

Started getting back on track a couple of months ago. I really enjoy it.

I hate it, but I do it. Usually 4 days a week.

I'm in good shape for a 78-year-old dude. Round is a shape, right?

I lift weights, try and watch diet, and get shot up with as many ped type things as I can. It sorta helps. I'm just trying to fight off the old man as long as possible

Gym 4-5 days a week, weigh 10lbs more than college which was 1998. Cook mostly at home and drink enough beer to float Lizzo.

Yeah I’d have a 6 pack if it weren’t for the constant 6 packs, lol. It’s my only downfall, my diet and gym regimen are on point.

Walk 2.5 miles every day at dawn. I don’t dilly dally and walk pretty fast the whole time. I also stretch several times a day.

I am fat. Now I’m trying to get un-fat.
6’0”
Started 7/17/23 @ 263lbs.
Current 8/14/23 @ 242lbs.

Had a membership @ planet fitness, hated it and hated driving there (15min).
Slowly built a small home gym (outdoor) that consists of a stationary bike, Marcy cable machine, couple sets of dumbbells, and an incline bench. Jump rope… lots of it.
6,000-7,000 steps a day.
3 weeks in on a 20/4 fasting system, water only, 5pm-9pm eating window. Stopped drinking beer every evening which was tough. Still drink on Saturdays.
When not fasting, I like the “Nutra Check Calorie Counter” to count calories.

Staying consistent has been a challenge in the past with fitness for me
