Been about 8 pounds north of my college weight for a few months now. I’m happy with it and plan to stay around this weight. Took three years of consistency with constantly evolving plans and goals, but I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs that never should’ve been there. I’m not trying to push the most weight possible or bulk up. I just want to have clothes that fit properly and not have to keep buying different sizes. Try to be as efficient in the gym as possible. Less than an hour, preferably no more than 45 minutes. Try to get my steps in, some light cardio on non-lifting days and eat decent food that I like.

... cheers... Was in for my yearly check up last week. Doc walks in and say man your lookin' good, been working out? I replies yeah, we've had the family down at the lake for the last 3 weeks and the liver been workin' overtime... Then, as I'm leaving he says all vitals look great, keep up the low sodium, low cholesterol diet... I salt everything and I mean everything and I've never met a fatty, oily processed food I won't eat... I gave him the thumbs up and headed over to the Farm and Fleet store for a couple bags of buttered popcorn... They called the next day with my blood work and all was good... Dan

Putting basic gym in my house was the best move ever. No way I would drive to a gym, not even if it was across the street. All I have to do is walk up the stairs. If you have the space I highly recommend it.

I've evicted 124.4 pounds since 9/1/21. I eat whole foods and don't eat many processed foods aside from Diet DP and turkey sausage that I use in my charro beans. I am in the pool walking 1 to 1.5 hours every other day, swimming 1 to 1.5 hours on the other days. I also do another hour of water exercises every day, so 2 to 3 hours a day, 6 days a week in in the pool. I also lift weights and do push-ups. I started doing 100 wall push-ups every other day almost 2 months ago. I'm now up to 100 wall push-ups and 130 modified floor push-ups (can't do regular push-ups due to the previous back surgery and the pressure it puts on my spine) every other day. I'm now 10 pounds heavier than I was when I was 18. I've lost 28 inches off my waist, 12 inches off my chest.

I actually got a chill tonight when I got out of the pool. It was weird.

I am getting back into. I have revamped my diet along with doing an early morning bike ride 5-6 days a week and stretching exercises daily. Something I have not done years are pushups and I am running into great difficulties doing just 5. Have to start somewhere I suppose. Soon I am going to add weight exercises but using no more than 15 lb dumbbells ( not to gain muscle but to lose weght and maybe tighten up muscles) I have lost 12 lbs the last 2 months and wanting to lose another 8 lbs to get under 200. I regret not starting sooner.

Started walking 5 miles a day. One week later I found myself 35 miles from home so I Uber'ed back and quit.
