That is an iffy one and has yet to show the ability to stand the test of time. We are doing all we can to f it up lately This country was never meant to be a democracy. The Founding Fathers created a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy which always leads to anarchy. I find it telling just how many people believe we are supposed to have a democracy. Just because we have democratically elected officials and some of those refer to America as a democracy, we are still a Constitutional Republic governed by laws. Unless you don’t believe in the Constitution or its significance.

Articles of Confederation (1777) were more of a Constitutional Republic, but that failed after 11 years.

Opportunity and empowerment of women. Declassifying them as property and providing them with expression of mental utility. Expands your civilization's problem solving ability and potential for innovation by a significant margin; instead of excluding half your population from potentially genius idea development.
You look at the most backwards countries in the world and women are still classified as property. Some may point to Saudi's wealth as a contradiction to the rule. They have natural resource wealth and purchase other's innovations. Nothing innovative comes from that region of the world.
Interesting CCTX. How would you consider the following scenarios. Compare education before women “took over” and since. In the 90s the push to fill all administrative educational leadership roles switched from men to women. How has that worked for education in America? Run the same numbers since women have “expanded” into the American political system. How about women “expanding” out of the home and into the workforce. How has that benefited the American family experience? Not saying you’re wrong, but it’s worth a look. Also, how long have the Saudi’s, using your term, existed in that region? We all know officially since 1932, but we can go back, way back, even to the Ubaid period. Their “system” has staying power, that cannot be denied. What’s the “staying power” of America and its “empowerment” of women. As a bonus, we could mention how God’s Word does establish the system of rule for men and women. Again. Not arguing. But your post is one of few that lends itself to true and honest discussion.
Jeremiah 7:28 KJV
But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the Lord their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
Galatians 4 : 16
Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

Mail in votes and ballot harvesting.
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

OTFF, I could list all the inventions and scientific breakthroughs accomplished primarily by females. I could list all the female CEOs of very successful corporations. But, those are free to google on your own.
We are obviously not cookie cutter copies. We all have different skill sets, experience, strengths, and weaknesses.
Some men have an aptitude to be good parents, some don’t. Some (most) women have an aptitude to be good parents, some don’t. I The most advanced societies encourage open competition and survival of the fittest regardless of male, female, or shades of white/ brown/ black.
You exclude people from competing based on religion, race, or sex and you are weakening your potential.
Life on an Earth with limited resources is survival of the fittest.

Be hard to name a single most important invention. Wheel, fire, combustion engine, electricity, microchip are all vitally important to life as we know it.
The single most important concept or idea.......PROGRESS!

In modern times I have to go with electricity.
In ancient times fire & wheel.
