Heybud is a Mepps offshoot and should catch everything a Mepps will. Here's the species list I've caught on Mepps: white bass, striper, hybrid, largemouth black bass, smallmouth black bass, crappie, blue cat, channel cat, opelousas cat, bluegill, sun perch, rainbow trout, carp, buffalo, freshwater drum, gar, and saltwater speckled trout.

Heybud is a Mepps offshoot and should catch everything a Mepps will. Here's the species list I've caught on Mepps: white bass, striper, hybrid, largemouth black bass, smallmouth black bass, crappie, blue cat, channel cat, opelousas cat, bluegill, sun perch, rainbow trout, carp, buffalo, freshwater drum, gar, and saltwater speckled trout. Wow!! I have not caught all of those species on it yet but I have caught several of them. One more I have to add is a Saugeye! This is a cross between a Walleye and a Sauger. These fish are stocked in several Oklahoma lakes.

When he gets back to TX his body is going to go into shock! It looks to be just the right temperature where he is.
