From the interviews I've seen why do alien craft only fly over trailer parks? What are they searching for there?

Simple..just like us, they are searching for the answer to life's most important questions, like why do tornados seem to only strike trailer parks?..

Heck, come to think of it, WHAT IF the aliens ARE in fact tornados?...

There's a difference between your average trailer park UFO sighting and highly trained F-18 fighter pilots, who observed unknown craft on multiple instruments, have video of the incident, and made visual contact with their own eyes. These craft were showing no signs of propulsion and were able to go from zero to air speeds of up to mach 20 virtually instantly. The Fraver incident was observed navy ship radar and 6 airmen who have or are willing to testify under oath. We have no ability to shoot the craft down and the craft are able to jam or disable all our sensors if they so desire.

Whether it's aliens or not it is most certainly a matter of national defense interest. Any explanation I can come up with seems crazy.
