Tried some shrimp ceviche last weekend, it was so good that i could have eaten my weight in it. I make a shrimp cecviche my kids loved growing up especially my oldest daughter. Daughter like father lol Difference between the two she added extra V8 juice I'll need two gallons of each to see which one is the best, the sooner the better of course.

we were just in San Antonio for the weekend for the ladies state bowling tournament,..I would have much rather spent my time there with you guys,...dont tell her though. we did fish Fork today for my annual fridge replenish,...50 fish limit, 10 plastic bags full of fillets... I texted ya a pic,...

Wahoo makes the best Ceviche I have ever had, red snapper is awesome as well.
Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.
