Pair of cat diesel's on a warm winter day headed out on blue water. **Winner winner!** The CAT 3406 takes all the prize money. Doesn't matter what it's in, it's the work horse behind the entire globe. The dual stacks on my Pete coming down a hill with the Jake on is pure nightmarish madness! 5.9 24 valve Cummins 🤘😎 The old P-Pumped 12 valves just slightly edge out the 24V.

Inside the cab or outside? I had a 335I that was pretty good sounding inside the cab. Have no idea outside. Probably sounded like a toyota or something. Loud doesn't equate with speed necessarily for street rides. I had a cuda that sounded pretty good. 318. Weak I know. That 335i would have blown it's socks off. Also had a 289 in a 66 Mustang. Sounded pretty good with the lope of the cam. Always people doing a stomp on me at the red lights. Again, the 335 would boss it. Skylark 350. 335 again. Chevelle SS 350...that one might have given the 335 a run. Straight line only. That's a straight six in the 335.. Great engine.
