I went strictly to Sunline because of the break off issues with them. I have began to make the switch as well. I have had some serious break off issues this year with brand new line. This as well

Invisix has been great in #17. I have been doing a lot of pond fishing lately and have to basically boat flip fish over tall reeds and have had no problem

12# Invisix on my Cranking/Jerkbait Rods 15# on my weightless light T-Rig Rods 20# on everything else.
Last fish I broke off was an 8 lber that wrapped me up on a rusty dock on Leon last year.
Don't remember the last fish I've broken off before that.
Had issues years ago with my C-Rig Leader breaking when I was using 20# Red Label. Haven't had issues since I've switched to Invisix. I may have just had a bad spool, as I was cutting fresh leader material directly from the spool.
I still use palomar knots on the 15# and 20# setups, but will not with 12#.
I typically only respool once a year.

I was curious. I only fly fish and tie my own leaders. I've always used stren fluorcast. I keep a spool of 6lb. in vest and it lasts about a year before it gets brittle.
I mainly use that brand because it is subtle and limp compared to some of the other brands I experimented with.
Which brand of flurocarbon is the softest or most subtle (low memory) for finesse fishing?

I use #15 and #17 Invizx and FC sniper and never have had a problem with breakoffs. I use a palomar knot and make sure to wet the line good. I change the line every year. I dont use line conditioner or stretch the line.
