I just bought a new main switch for my panel. I have 2 with lights out and 2 on/off/on that I need to replace with on/off SPSTs. I bought my last switch from OTRATTW. They have the best selection of switches that I have found but are out of the switches I need. Looking for 4 Carling ON/OFF SPST red/green with upper independent. Looked at New Wire Marine but their selection can't hold a candle to OTRATTW. Also looked at Great Lakes Skipper, Ebay, and a few others. Does anyone have any suggestions for other sellers?

Do a google search for Wes-Garde Components. They may not be able to sell directly to you but they might be able to help you find someone who has them.

Found the red green on Great Lakes Skipper but it is a 5 prong which is lower independent. i emailed them and they cannot provide wire diagrams. I checked the 5 prong on OTRATTW and it shows lower independent.

I thought I would post my experience after going down the rocker switch rabbit hole. I found 2 off/on switches from Graet Lakes Skipper in the lighting colors to match what I have. One is a 5 pin and one a 6. Mine are 4. So I email their customer service and inquire about the operation of the lights. They have no idea and said we don't have a way to test. I said OK a wiring diagram will work. They reply "we don't have those". I said let's try another way. How about a manufacturers part number? Again, we don't have those. I had a strong suspicion the 5 pin was a upper dependent. Now on to the 6 pin. I think it has to be both lights independent. In order to make it work the way I want it to that would mean 2 jumpers. Wiring on my switch panel is already busy enough. Not interested in adding 2 jumpers on 4 switches. I got an email from them stating that I need to order the switches I had in my cart because they were not getting any more. I looked at some other sellers and found that OTRATTW is the best when it comes to descriptions and price. They provide Carling part numbers, wiring diagrams, and you can choose switch bodies based on lighting operation, color, and function. I have decided to just change all the switches and switch colors.

Need the carling contura iv and those are as rare as hen's teeth.

Update, I called OTRATTW and they said the switches I need to match what I have will be back in stock in 5 to 6 weeks. They said that the ones I need are the most popular so they will definitely get them. They also said that the 5 pin that Great Lakes Skipper sells function the same as the 4 pin with the exception of one more ground. My wiring is busy enough I don't want to be added another ground wire. John175, check out OTRATTW for your switch covers. I just replaced all mine. I will post a pic after sunup. $65 for 13 covers with some custom having text and 2 day shipping. Google OTRATTW they don't advertise that I have seen. New covers and old. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/05/full-6989-183367-20230517_061950.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/05/full-6989-183368-20230502_074136.jpg)

Now that is how it should be. I sure like all that. I got some rocker switches in my Toyota Tacoma that these guys could help. Man I sure like those and the look they have.

You can pull the switch covers but beyond that not much else you can do. I have heard of people changing bulbs in them but I would not try it. There is a tool to pop the switch covers off. It is about $4. I forgot to oder it when I got new covers so I used a divot repair tool. I would just replace the switches that are not working. Great Lakes Skipper has best prices but not as good a selection as OTRATTW or Hard Wire. You can also try Ebay or Amazon but searching those sights is time consuming.

how do you remove the switch covers? thanks new wire sent me a couple of plastic fork type tools to remove them. like said, it is a whole lot easier to just swap the whole switch.
