Did a little spray and pray tank mix today. First app of FeATURE @ 1.5 oz. per K, Propiconazole @ 1 oz. per K and Bifen XTS. No issues with fungus, but heavy dews every morning so why take a chance. Really pleased with the Sertay herbicide I used for the Poa that came up this year. 99% is gone. Have some spurge already showing up around the driveway and flower beds but none in the yard. This is as weed free as I`ve been since 2018 when house was built. I haven had any KRB come back after hitting it with glyphosate last year and pulling all that tried to come back. Wish I would have done that much earlier instead of letting it get out of hand...

About another 2 weeks and I'll be on cruise control for the year. Taking over my neighbors half so I've got to get started on it. [Linked Image]

That looks awesome. You need to spray a 2' strip of T-Nex down your neighbor's lawn and he`d never know.

A little obvious where my overspray goes lol. I'm going to spray his section for weeds next week then take it down to dirt in a few weeks.

Please help me Derek, I want a nice yard so badly. Iโ€™ve got orange spots taking over and itโ€™s killing my yard.

I think itโ€™s some kind of fungus but not sure.

Half my front yard is dead and I want to keep
It from spreading.

I'm not sure I would be overly concerned about that at this point. I would focus on getting your turf healthy then attack the issues. Healthy turf will handle and respond better to fungicides and herbicides. Get your fertilizing, mowing and watering in order. Those are the 3 main things. Looks like you have bermuda. I would be hammering it with 1lb of NPK every 4-5 weeks. That would be 7lbs of the product linked below per 1000sq feet. I would get it don't asap and watered in. Give that a good 2 weeks then start looking at your weed/fungus issues. Make on your Calander for every 4-5 weeks and repeat. Stay religious on that trough September and you'll see a difference. You have high weed pressure. We can get to that. Mowing, watering, fertilizing are your 3 keys right now.

Thanks for the info, think Iโ€™m going to head to Loweโ€™s now and get a bag before the next round of rain comes in.

Hook'em give me the meat and potatoes. I went over a basic cultural practice standpoint which is #!. What is your turf type, square footage, irrigation, what ferts have you used in the past couple years and how often? A good looking lawn is pretty simple with good cultural practices and you can play around from there. It's mid-May, so you have plenty of time to get this in order this year, if you're dedicated.
