Time to get some new frying pans. I've used this brand before and been pretty happy with it - https://www.originalorgreenic.com/products/850012601449. I don't need a set of pots and pans, just the frying pans.

What do you OT chefs like?

I have a very old cast-iron dutch oven, and it's my favorite piece of cookware we have for most purposes, including frying.

I like cast iron, but our kitchen sink is white porcelain, and we have and electric cooktop. It's just not a good daily solution for us.

Regardless of what pan you get, the electric cooktop needs to go.

I agree. Mine is electric and I hate it. Gas cooks so much better
