Velveeta, rotel, and sausage or beef is Nacho sauce.
Is Nacho sauce the same as Queso? "nacho sauce" is not a thing. Nacho's have melted shredded cheese on them. Queso is a dip. Oh. My gringo must be showing. My wife makes Queso then and we scoop it from a bowl using tostitos chips. However, being married to her 48 years, if she asks me if I want Nachos for dinner, I am simply going to say "yes please".
