Week 12 weigh in. It was a long week on the road at a sales meeting. I knew trying to lose weight this week wasn’t goi g to happen so I went off the reservation and had a good time, Gained 2.5 pounds…..back to 178.3. Oh well, I can spend this week knocking that off. I bet most of it is poo and beer so it will probably drop off fairly quickly.

Yeah. I was at 104.2 down for 5 weeks...went to 105.6 down last week and haven't lost any since. FRUSTRATING! I was hoping to be down 123 by 3/22/23, but doesn't look like I'll be there...still trucking along, though. Don't give up, you'll get there, Bob!

Weigh in day……week 13

175.4. All the weight I gained last week is gone and then some. Still on track to be 170 by the end of March. I hate this. I want to eat and drink all I want. Especially on days like this.

175.6 this morning.
Made the decision to go for 170. I’m enjoying buying smaller Levi’s.

Maintaining at 175. I probably need to drink less for the next few weeks if I’m going to get down to 170.

No. You're human. We all have bumps along the way...important thing is to learn from it and get back on track. You've got this!

I mean, seriously, I lost 130 pounds in 2001...126 pounds in 2012-2013...this is my third and final go around on this weight train. Only took me 22 years to figure it out! roflmao

So. I was really militant about calories this week and did great. Hardly ate a thing, walked 3 - 5 miles a day, and went to the gym twice. I gained a pound!
