Well, saw the cardiologist today. Combination of blood pressure meds and muscle relaxers has my blood pressure back down to safe levels. She seemed to think that high blood pressure was triggering the chest pain, irregular heartbeat and so forth. But she was honestly more worried about a stroke than heart problems.
Time to seriously re-evaluate things like what I eat (or at least how much of it I eat). Yay. Also need to start getting in alot more time on the water.

I don’t know what k8nd of practice you have, but I know many trial attorneys who had a divorce and a heart attack in their 50s. Might think what you can do to dial back the stress level a couple of notches or so.
