Bass Pro Shops service and shipping is the best. Made an order 2 weeks ago, had the whole order, with free shipping, in 3 days. They were the first and imo, still the best. Could be worse. I ordered new seats from Llebroc over a month ago. They don’t communicate for [censored]. They had their $1500 within seconds of me submitting the order online. I check the order status daily….it simply says “processing order”. I requested samples so I could build a console to match the seats and verify that the colors actually matched the boat. The sent me the samples yesterday. They finally told me the seats will be ready next week. When I bought seats from BassBoatSeats they had the seats at my door in four days. Too bad they don’t have ones that look good in a skeeter. Amazon Prime makes every online purchase look bad. They have it at my door the next morning. You customize cars and you oredered from bassboatseat.com?  Why did you not just recover your seats? Ostrich maybe, suede insets with stitching that pops

We don’t have the correct thread. The thread has rotted in less than a year and causing them to pull apart at the seams. Plus, I like the new model skeeter seats. I think they look better. I am building a center console though. My friend had the BassCat center console, and while it’s functional, it’s a wooden box with resin and paint to match. Looks like a kid made it in high school woodshop. Haha. Ugly as hell. I’m gonna build something that is WAY better looking and way better built than the BassCat console. I now have the matching vinyl, extra 26oz carpet and padding, some white LED lights, charging sockets and USB sockets. Paid for the 2 day, I believe it was closer to 10 when I received. Wasn’t the end of the world but they didn’t refund the 2 day shipping. They aren’t what they used to be.

I placed an order a week ago today and chose free shipping. IN PROCESS as of today 7 days later. I’m done! Lots of other choices out there online with way better service. LandBigFish and Sportsman’s Outfitters from now on for sure.

wth would you have done back when we had to go to western auto, gibsons, wal mart or the local tackle store (if there was even one near) to buy anything.
I just did an order from tw about a month back, free shipping and it took about a week to get here, had to ship from both warehouses and both pkgs. arrived the same day.
and yes everywhere is slower now, the workers still use covid as an excuse and companies are still short staffed, welcome to our new normal.
