I use mine all the time. To me it's still the best tool for use around rock / hard structure. You take lakes like Ray Hubbard, Cedar Creek, and even Richland Chambers where fish will really stage on rip rap, isolated native rock, hard spots on retaining walls, road beds, etc 360 is amazing. You can see every edge or outcrop that you just wouldn't see with livescope. And it shows up in a way that you can determine the most effective way to fish it. It's also really good at finding that odd ball piece of cover like an old tire or an isolated log that you would never see when fishing down a bank. Lots of time those isolated pieces of cover hold giants. The hard structure often just shows up as a blob on livescope. Not so on the 360. I love my 360. 360 and FFS together really show the complete picture of what you are fishing. They work great together.

I kinda wish I had it. But having an all Lowrance setup ie 4 12" Lives, 3DSS, Active Target, Ghost, etc I would have to pony up for both a head unit and the 360. But, I supposed I could sell one of my Lives to help offset it. I have AT, tbh while it's cool and all, I believe for most of my style of fishing I would prefer the 360, or prefer to have both I guess. I have the Ghost, so picked up the 360 nosecone sort of as a trial - and I reallly like it, but the fact that it's on the TM head makes it not very easy to use, since you can't manuver, cant spot lock of coure, and so you must depend on being able to be still or drift slightly long enough for the sweep (well, half sweep I suppose) to occur. Would be so much simpler to have the 360. But $3500-$4500 simpler... not so sure . Figure at a minium I would want a 12" Helix and the Fortrex version of the M360.

You have it but you wish you had it? You would prefer 360 but you have a 360 nosecone? What is that ? Did you buy just the 360 transducer? A no mount 360 cost about $1200,
GOD is good!

A no mount 360 cost about $1200, Sorry though it was clear... have the Ghost 360 nosecone but due to limitiations of having it connected to TM head makes it not as useful/efficient as HB's M360 would be. As for costs, Sure $1200 for the M360, but then still have to buy a head unit, which for me would be a 12" minimum, likely a Helix g4N DI+, typically around what, $2200? If going with Solix or Apex costs go higher.

If you are fishing the same lakes with similar water clarity you can dial in shallow just fine. A couple of years ago I was stalking bass in 3-6FOW on Blue-Gill beds and could see the beds, the gills, the bass and shad all interacting ont he M360.

I have a Humminbird g4di w/ m360 and Garmin 1022 w/ livescope plus. I use the 360 to locate structure w/ fish, then zero in w/ the FSS to see what the fish are doing and target them. I’m definitely not an expert, but it seems the fish move around more than I thought-by the time the 360 beam comes around they are gone. It’s a bit easier to keep in contact w/ the FFS.

And this is the other option I am considering, picking up up a 2nd AT1 since they are well under 1K used now with AT2 coming out, and having both running - one in Scout and one in Forward. Much less costly as all I need is the 2nd AT setup. It isn't 360, but is a 1/3 of the 360 view essentially I think, and live as well. One could run both tranducers on the TM shaft, or split them and run one on TM shaft in Scout mode and one on a pole mount in Forward. And, would still have the Ghost 360 option available for use when possible as well. In the end, it's a much more wallet friendly option (in my case) as I already have the head units, AT1, and pole mount.
