If you want a true beatdown try watching Fox 51 or KETK during one of these overblown events. Fox 4 had Shaun Rabb riding around west ft worth yesterday reporting live that there were clouds and some wind, it was riveting

When I see him I wonder what his suit size is. If I ever met him in person I would tell him that he is robbing his wife of 3". Ali is not bad either. I think it is Fox for the win.

I’m beaten down by the over dramatization.
Beautiful day today and this morning’s weather person was standing in front of a screen with lightning and tornados in the background. They were predicting the weather version of WW3 last night on most of the news channels. Is there anything that is not “over-dramatized” now. It’s way past stupid now. It’s a virus.

I check what Steve McCauley has to say, he’s pretty spot on but I have to get on my wife’s Facebook to see his forecast as he’s not working for any stations but I believe he teaches meteorology somewhere. He’s really accurate. When Delkus went jacket off last night I knew it was serious weather happening.

Tornado warning sirens going off in every city because of some wind and rain, all the drama on the news..."Hold on, we have someone on the phone who MIGHT have been hit by a rain drop!". Even heard the weather man say they are NOT tornado warning sirens anymore. They are Bad weather alert sirens, meant to make you go in and tune into **insert news channel here** for all the latest sensationalism. I told him it's like the little boy who cried wolf. Every time the wind/rain picks up, they blast the sirens. People become immune to it all after the 80th time they hear it and nothing happens. What happens when a REAL tornado comes through and wipes part of a city off the map and people really die? And why, because we blast the sirens every time a bird farts.

April 2009 at 3am the sirens did not go off as an EF1 went through North Dallas.
People weren’t happy about it.
Ever since then, they’ve been trigger happy.
