Does any currently pull a boat with the 2.7 Ford eco boost? i have a 21 ft Triton and looking at a different vehicle-thanks for any input.

I have the 2.7 and pull mine up and down the hills around Lake Guntersville all the time. Just don't look at the gas mileage screen while towing.

I have a 2006 Skeeter 20 footer and I towed it with my F150 2.7 Ecoboost. It pulled it great. I was really surprised the first time I pulled it. I got 20mpg on one trip towing it, but I was doing a little under the speed limit and had a tailwind. Usually averaged around 16 mpg though. I've towed it once with the 2.7 Ecoboost in my wife's Bronco as well.

My last truck was a 2.7 Eco boost F 150 and one of the boats I towed was a 24' tritoon with a 90 HP motor that went over 5000 pounds. No problems.
I'm missing that 22 mpg now in my new truck.
However, having said that my last two tanks in the 3.2 have been in the low 20's

I pull a 2005 21' Ranger with a F150 2018 3.5L eco - no issues what-so-ever; excellent control at highway speeds and on wet ramps an easy pull. Not the 2.7L you asked about, but should not be an issue with either.

2.7 is quite possibly the best F-150 engine currently made if you're not doing heavy hauling. It should handle a bass boat just fine.
