Wooly boogers? Sucker punches? Basically you want to emulate things that carp will be eating naturally. That would be, insect larvea, nightcrawlers, leeches, bloodworms, etc. For for info I'd suggest you contact Long Haired Dave through the forum, he's the resident carp on the fly guru.
